Gurinder Singh

Gurinder J. Singh is an experienced tech-savvy transactional attorney with a demonstrated history of advising clients in structuring and negotiating complex, large scale commercial and technology contracts and strategic transactions, including leading international mergers & acquisitions.

Ms. Singh currently serves as Senior Counsel at Altice USA responsible for a4 Media, an advanced media and data business.  Prior to joining Altice USA, Ms. Singh launched and ran a legal tech business called LeanLex, an online platform for running and closing legal deals.  She self-funded LeanLex’s development by maintaining her legal practice through which she served as outside general counsel to various businesses, including two years exclusively serving as Head of Legal for a Tier 1 automotive supplier and also providing legal operations consulting services to various clients, including McKinsey & Company.  Ms. Singh began her legal career at one of the largest law firms in Michigan called Miller Canfield.

In addition to serving as the Program Vice President of Finance & Investments, Ms. Singh currently also serves as Secretary of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) and is a Director of the South Asian Bar Association of New York (SABANY).  Prior to these roles, Ms. Singh recently served as Vice President of Operations & Strategic Development at the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA).

Ms. Singh graduated from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) College of Engineering with a Bachelors in Science and Engineering in Industrial and Operations Engineering and later received her Juris Doctor cum laude degree from the Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan.
